121 Coaching
You’ll receive one mindful movement session each week, held in the comfort of your home or in one of our local venues. These sessions will incorporate elements of breathwork, mobility, and strength-building to enhance your physical and mental connection. Every fortnight, we’ll have a personalised video call to reflect on challenges, celebrate progress, and address any areas where you need additional support.
Branded Journal
To document your journey and support your personal growth, you’ll receive a branded Bear and Bird journal, a space to reflect on your progress, set intentions, and capture insights from each stage of the programme.
Exclusive Online Videos
To complement this, you’ll gain access to an exclusive library of Bear and Bird meditation and Qi Gong videos. These resources are designed to guide you through the practices at your own pace, offering flexibility and support between sessions. Whether you're refining your movement, or calming your mind, this library help deepen your connection and enhance your well-being at home.
Celebrate Your Growth
The 12-week experience concludes with a celebration of your progress, incorporating a guided reflection and intention-setting session to mark how far you’ve come and inspire the next steps on your wellness journey.
Event Tickets
As part of the programme, you’ll also secure a space in the monthly immersive breathwork and meditation sessions at Let’s Retreat in Angmering, offering a serene and transformative group experience in the comfort of a wood-fired yurt. Additionally, you’ll participate in fortnightly outdoor Qi Gong classes, where you can connect with nature and explore the power of movement and breath in the fresh air.
